The MCT-R is the workhorse cooling tower on Bangladeshi factory roofs: a round FRP casing with a rotary sprinkler over PVC honeycomb infill and a direct-drive axial fan. Counter-flow airflow gives a close approach to wet-bulb, which matters in Dhaka summers when wet-bulb reaches 29 °C.
Towers are assembled in MHM's Mirpur workshop and delivered with hot-dip galvanised structure, drift eliminators, float valve and inlet strainer. Infill, nozzles, sprinklers, fans and motors are stocked as genuine spares.

FRP casing, UV-stabilised
Glass-fibre reinforced polyester shell with gel-coat finish that does not chalk or crack in direct sun.
PVC honeycomb infill
High-surface-area film fill, 0.38–0.5 mm sheet, resists algae and easy to lift out for cleaning.
Aluminium alloy axial fan
Adjustable-pitch blades matched to the motor for lowest kW per TR.
Rotary sprinkler or fixed nozzle
ABS sprinkler head or PP spray nozzles for uniform water distribution over the fill.
Hot-dip galvanised structure
All steel members hot-dip galvanised; stainless-steel fasteners on request.
Drift eliminators
PVC eliminators keep drift loss under 0.01% of circulation rate.
Installed by MHM
Supplied, installed and commissioned by our own site team, with spare parts stocked in Mirpur and annual maintenance contracts.
