How a chilled-water plant works.
One closed loop moves heat out of your factory: chilled water absorbs it at the load, the chiller lifts it, and the cooling tower rejects it to the Dhaka air.
Chiller produces 7 °C water
Scroll or screw compressors cool the evaporator loop; water leaves at 7 °C and returns at 12 °C.
Pumps circulate the loop
Primary and secondary pumps move chilled water to AHUs, FCUs, moulding machines or process jackets.
Condenser water carries the heat
Water leaves the condenser at about 37 °C and is pumped to the cooling tower.
Tower rejects heat to air
Evaporation across the infill drops the water back to roughly 32 °C — treated with Finor chemicals to stop scale.
