Scheduled visits, water-side and air-side cleaning, chemical dosing and a written log after every visit — Basic, Standard or Comprehensive.
An AMC with MHM means the same engineers who commissioned your plant come back on a schedule, with the spares and chemicals they need, and leave a written report every time. Approach temperatures, currents, pressures and water quality are logged visit after visit, so a fouling condenser or a failing bearing is caught months before it stops production.
Three plans cover every budget: Basic (quarterly), Standard (monthly with 24-hour breakdown response) and Comprehensive (fortnightly with consumable spares, 8-hour response and energy reporting). All plans include phone support and priority on breakdowns.

Scale, corrosion and biocide programme with monthly analysis (Standard and above).
Breakdown response
24 h (Standard) or 8 h (Comprehensive) with a standby engineer and Mirpur spares stock.
Reports & energy review
Written report per visit; quarterly energy and reliability review on Comprehensive.

Common questions about annual maintenance contract
Consumables (filters, belts, seals, nozzles, gaskets) are included in Comprehensive. Major parts such as compressors and motors are quoted separately in every plan, at contract rates.
Yes — Carrier, TICA, York, Trane, Daikin and most Chinese-built screw and scroll chillers, plus Genius and Newin towers and all common pump brands.
Contracts start any month and run for 12 months; the price is pro-rated if you align the renewal with your financial year.
